Wobble Derby

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2, 2026

These terms are specific to Wobble Derby ("the Game"), developed by MAKENZO ("we," "us," "our"). They add to the studio-wide MAKENZO Games Terms of Service, which apply to every game we publish and are part of this agreement. If anything here is more specific than the studio terms, this page applies to the Game. The Wobble Derby Privacy Policy explains what the Game collects.

The short version

Playing the Game

Each race puts your wobbler against 31 computer-controlled wobblers on an obstacle course. A derby has three rounds: 32 racers start, 10 reach the second round, 4 reach the final, and one wins. No other real players take part.

The Game has no accounts, sign-in, leaderboards, chat, or cloud save. Your progress (coins, unlocked wobbler colors, best finish, derbies won, and your sound and vibration settings) is saved only on your device. If you delete the Game, your progress is deleted with it, and we cannot restore it.

Coins and wobbler colors

You earn coins by racing and by picking them up on the track, and you spend coins to unlock wobbler colors. You can also choose to watch an optional rewarded ad on the results screen ("watch to double your coins"). Coins and colors are cosmetic: they do not change how your wobbler races. Coins and colors:

Remove Ads

"Remove Ads" is the Game's only real-money purchase: a one-time, non-consumable purchase ($2.99 in the United States; the store shows the price where you live) processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. It removes the full-screen interstitial ads between races and the banner on the results screen. It does not remove the optional rewarded ad, which you choose to watch to double your coins. Use "Restore purchases" in Settings to reinstate it on a new device or after reinstalling the Game. Refunds follow Apple's or Google's policies. A "grown-up check" (typing three digits that are spelled out in words) appears before the purchase, and parents can also use the purchase controls built into iOS and Android.

Ads and rewarded ads

Whether the Game shows ads, and what kind, depends on your age group, which the Game works out on your device from a one-time age question:

The Game may show an optional rewarded ad on the results screen ("watch to double your coins"), full-screen interstitial ads between races (never in your first derby, and limited in how often they appear), and a banner on the results screen. Rewarded offers are optional, may not always be available, and depend on ad providers filling the request. We may change or remove ad formats and rewarded offers at any time. The Wobble Derby Privacy Policy explains what ad partners receive.

Race clips

After a race, the Game can replay your most dramatic moment as a clip. You can save the clip as a video to your photo library or share it through your device's share sheet; nothing is saved or shared unless you choose to. Clips contain only game footage, a caption, and the Wobble Derby watermark. You may share them for personal, non-commercial purposes under the "Our content" section of the studio terms. When you share a clip, the terms of the app or service you share it to also apply.

Fair play

Do not use modified versions of the Game, automation, or any tool that interferes with racing, scoring, rewards, ads, or purchases.
